A single-level desert estate designed for gathering. Walls of glass connect the great room to a resort-style backyard framed by red rock, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Inside, a stacked-stone fireplace anchors the living space, while white oak cabinetry and doors bring warmth and continuity throughout the home.

Clean desert-contemporary architecture meets a warm, inviting interior. An open great room and chef's kitchen flow naturally to the covered patio, while expansive windows frame the surrounding red-rock views. Inside, rich walnut, natural stone, and thoughtfully detailed spaces bring warmth and character throughout the home.

The builder behind Alloy
With more than 20 years in construction, Justin has been involved in just about every part of the building process along the way. Much of what he brings to Alloy today comes from years of hands-on experience building homes, solving problems, and working through the details that come with each project.
As the owner and builder behind Alloy Homes, Justin stays personally involved in every project. From early planning and budgeting through construction and move-in, he works alongside clients, architects, designers, engineers, and trades to keep every detail moving in the right direction.
That hands-on approach allows Alloy to remain selective about the homes we build and give each one the attention it deserves. The goal is simple: build exceptional homes, communicate clearly, and stand behind our work for years to come.

We have worked with several builders on different projects over the years, and our experience with Justin and Alloy Homes was by far the best.
With other projects, we've often found ourselves needing to check up on subcontractors, have work redone that wasn't up to standard, and generally being much more involved in the day-to-day details than we wanted to be.
